(3) The three-guarantee period of Nibiru mobile phone host is one year, and the three-guarantee period is counted from the date of receiving the goods, excluding the time delayed due to maintenance occupation, and there are no spare parts to be repaired. The last day of the validity of Three Guarantees is a legal holiday, and the day after the holiday is the last day of the validity of Three Guarantees.
(4) Within the validity period of the three guarantees, the user has the right to repair, replace and return the goods free of charge. Repair, replacement and return should be handled with the sales certificate (or invoice) and the three-guarantee certificate. Free maintenance is provided by nibiru authorized service station, or it can be accepted by the machine selling unit and transferred to the maintenance station for free maintenance; Users need to bring sales vouchers (or invoices) and three-guarantee vouchers to the original purchasing unit for return or exchange.
(5) During the three-guarantee period, if the mobile phone host still can't work normally after two repairs, the user can choose to exchange or repair it.
(6) After replacement, the validity period of the three-guarantee commodity shall be recalculated from the date of replacement. The seller shall indicate the replacement date on the sales voucher, fill in the new IMEI number and affix the seal.
