On the basis of fully studying the present situation of occupational safety and health management system at home and abroad, the role of occupational safety and health management system in safety work is clarified, and the problems existing in the application of occupational safety and health management system and the necessity and feasibility of implementing it are put forward. Taking Shen Yan Jinya Automobile Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. as an example, combined with system safety method, the initial state review of OSHMS is planned by safety inspection method, and various influencing factors that may cause mechanical injury are analyzed by fault tree method. It also includes system elements, occupational safety and health manuals and program documents, deeply discusses all aspects of constructing occupational safety and health management system, and puts forward an occupational safety and health management system scheme with certain significance for machining enterprises, aiming at promoting enterprises to improve the existing occupational safety and health management system of machining and improve management efficiency.
