1993 first came into contact with NLP (Body-Mind Grammar Programming) and was enlightened by Mr. Xu Zhizhong and Mr. Judith de Lozier. He decided to go to an American university for NLP synthesis and complete the NLP implementation course of 1994. At that time, he made up his mind to spread NLP culture among China people. 1997, went to NLP in the United States to comprehensively complete NLP training skills courses, and then 1998, went to NLP University to complete NLP executive diploma courses. 1997 began to teach NLP courses, 1999 officially started his NLP executive diploma course at the end of the year. During the six years from 2000 to 2005, this course was held 22 times. In 2000, he also began to teach his designed speech training skills course.
In 2000, he completed the diploma course of clinical hypnotherapist in American Anchor College and obtained the professional qualification certificate issued by American A.C.H.E Association. In this course, he was exposed to the knowledge of family system arrangement for the first time because of the demonstration of a classmate. He immediately knew that this was something he had to learn, master and spread at home. At the end of 2000, she went to the United States to attend Victoria Snell's workshop training, and then attended the biennial international conference on family system arrangement in Germany on 200 1. There, he met Mr. Heininger, a master in this field, and invited him to come to Hongkong and China to share his knowledge. Therefore, during the three years from 2002 to 2004, Li Zhongying held 65,438+00 workshops in Hongkong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing and Beijing. In these ten seminars, Li Zhongying worked side by side with Mr. Heininger as an interpreter. Together with the workshops in Taiwan Province Province, Germany and the advanced courses organized by ZIST College, Germany, Li Zhongying should be the most trained tutor in family system arrangement among China people: all of them have more than 400 hours, of which more than 300 hours are taught by Mr. Heininger himself. His diligence led him to be invited by the 2003 International Conference on Family System Arrangement, to speak on behalf of China District, to publish papers and to host seminars to teach operational skills.
In addition, Li Zhongying was exposed to human kinematics as early as 1995, and received training in Brian Gym and Touch For Health. In 2004, he went to Switzerland to learn from Peter Levine the technique of treating trauma with proprioception. 「」
Li Zhongying has always believed that the function and significance of emotion to human beings are far beyond the understanding of traditional and modern people. He found that NLP does not study emotions, and there is little research in this field in the fields of science or psychology (he thinks that emotions are the most important and least understood thing for human beings). From 1995, he studied emotions seriously with a "pragmatist" mentality and developed many important concepts and technologies. Li Zhongying thinks that although he may be the first person in the field of NLP and family system arrangement in China, what he really occupies a place in the world level is his research achievements in emotion, although few people know and understand it for the time being.
Dr. Li Yan, director of Tsinghua University Psychological Counseling Center, told Li Zhongying: "... Some people say that a person between the ages of 17 and 33 needs the guidance of a good teacher to develop faster. I was blank at that time, but when I was almost 40 years old, I met a good teacher's guidance, which greatly increased my professional recognition of psychological counseling and health psychology. I am very grateful to God for taking care of me. You are my good teacher. "
Professor Tao, the head of the Institute of Mental Health of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, introduced as follows: "My institute has invited Mr. Tao to give lectures in Nanjing since 2002, and found that he has developed a unique set of theories and methods to promote people's physical and mental health based on the basic theory and technology of NLP and his rich life and clinical experience, which has great professional psychological counseling and psychotherapy value. The following year, Mr. Li Zhongying and I planned a series of training courses for psychological counseling and therapy professionals, and finally successfully held the first NLP-based comprehensive clinical psychotherapy diploma series course in 2004, which achieved good results. On this basis, Mr. Li once again summarized this systematic course, integrated his own fresh clinical, training and learning experience in recent years, and designed a diploma series of "Simple and Fast positive psychotherapy". It can be said that this course is another promotion from concept to method on the basis of previous courses, and it is the latest systematic course on "simple and rapid therapy" offered by Mr. Li in China.
