1. The pipe consists of four parts:
1 .cylinder block 2. Flange 3. Cylinder bottom 4. casing
2. The piston rod consists of three parts:
1 .pole 2. Earrings 3. casing
The above parts; The piston divides the cylinder into two parts, namely, a large cavity and a small cavity;
Large cavity refers to the cavity in the cylinder body after the piston rod completely extends out;
Small cavity refers to the inner cavity of the cylinder body and the rod body after the piston rod completely extends out;
Because of the high viscosity of hydraulic oil, the compression ratio is very small. When oil is sent to the oil port at the bottom of the cylinder, the piston will be pushed to discharge the oil port at the cylinder head, and the piston will drive the piston rod to extend or retract, and vice versa.
Working principle of hydraulic cylinder
Let's talk about its five basic components: 1- cylinder and head, 2- piston and piston rod, 3- sealing device, 4- buffer device and 5- exhaust device.
The working principle of each cylinder is almost the same. Take the manual jack as an example, the jack is actually the simplest cylinder. Hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder through the one-way valve through the manual booster (hydraulic manual pump). At this time, the hydraulic oil entering the cylinder cannot retreat because of the single valve, forcing the piston rod upward, and then the hydraulic oil continues to enter the hydraulic cylinder. When it is about to fall, the hydraulic valve opens to return the hydraulic oil to the oil tank. This is the simplest working principle, and everything else is improved on this basis. The principle of cylinder is basically the same as that of oil cylinder.
