In September 2005, China CRT (Bermuda) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaying, abbreviated as CPT) and TPV Electronics (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TPV) jointly established "Fujian Huaguan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd." in Fujian Province. TPV's "Crown" suits "Huaying" and "Crown" represent the results of formal cooperation between Huaying and TPV with the joint efforts of both parties! The establishment of Fujian Huaguan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. marks the beginning of "reverse vertical integration" of TPV from machine manufacturing to LCD module.
Fujian Huaguan Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the processing of battery chips to the assembly of driving ic, backlight module and frame. The final products are shipped in the form of panel modules, and all output modules will be directly digested by TPV's LCD assembly line in Fuqing factory.
