The Company Law and the Guarantee Law were respectively adopted at the 5th meeting of the 8th the NPC Standing Committee on February 29th, 1993 and at the 14th meeting of the 8th the NPC Standing Committee on June 30th, 1995.
The Company Law is implemented by the industrial and commercial departments.
The Guarantee Law is enforced by the departments of industry and commerce, courts and so on.
