ICBC e-payment is a new electronic payment method launched by China Industrial and Commercial Bank to meet customers' convenient micro-payment needs. After opening, there is no need to use online banking, just fill in the "mobile phone number+the last six digits of bank account number or account alias", and then complete the security authentication of micropayment according to the "mobile phone dynamic password" received by SMS, so as to realize B2C e-commerce, payment and micropayment transactions. On July 3, 20 14, the mobile phone number rule of ICBC e-payment was changed from "one account with one mobile phone number" to "one customer with one mobile phone number". After the upgrade, customers can only handle ICBC electronic payment through one mobile phone number. If a customer uses multiple mobile phone numbers to register for ICBC e-payment before service upgrade, the mobile phone number of the customer who recently registered for ICBC e-payment and the corresponding ICBC e-payment account will be automatically retained after system upgrade, and the ICBC e-payment agreement under other mobile phone numbers will be automatically cancelled.
