China unmanned airship belongs to which company?

According to China Mobile's official micro-news, recently, the "5G Cai Yun No.1" unmanned airship developed by China Mobile Yunnan Company, Beihang Yunnan Innovation Research Institute and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. successfully completed the test task in Yuanmou, Chuxiong, becoming the first successful case of unmanned airship carrying 5G base stations in China.
