No criminal record within five years and no serious traffic violation record within three years;
(two) in addition to the above conditions, car rental drivers must also meet the following conditions:
1, healthy, qualified in political examination, can use smart phones;
2. People in this city who are under 55 years old must pay the social security certificate of flexible employees in Shanghai, and those who are over 55 years old must receive the unemployment benefit certificate or retirement certificate;
3. Non-Shanghai residents provide proof of social security payment in Shanghai or proof of social security payment in the place where they are registered;
