What do you need to change banks?

To change the bank, you need to cancel basic account in the original bank, and then open a basic account in the bank. Opening bank refers to the business outlets that handle account opening procedures, and also refers to the banks that handle bank accounts.

The steps of changing a bank with the same bank are as follows:

1. Go to the original bank to cancel basic account, and the following information is required to cancel basic deposit account:

(1) Copy of business license, copy of code certificate and copy;

(2) the legal person's identity certificate, the licensee's identity certificate and its copy, and the power of attorney;

(3) Blank vouchers such as unused checks and telegraphic transfer vouchers;

(4) Account opening seal card;

(5) The basic account opening certificate can be authenticated;

(6) Fill in the account cancellation application form, official seal, check financial seal and private seal.

2. To set up a basic account in the bank where you want to open an account, you need the following information to open a basic deposit account:

(1) Original and photocopy of business license;

(2) The original and photocopy of the organization code certificate;

(3) The original and photocopy of the tax registration certificate;

(4) The original ID card of the legal representative, the original ID card of the handling personnel and relevant authorization documents;

(5) Account opening application form, company official seal and reserved seal.

Where a company is merged or divided and its registered items change, it shall register the change with the company registration authority according to law; If the company is dissolved, it shall go through the cancellation of registration according to law; Where a new company is established, it shall be registered in accordance with the law.

Where a company increases or decreases its registered capital, it shall register the change with the company registration authority according to law.
