5. Collect the dynamic information of energy-saving work in time, and convey the instructions of relevant leaders at higher levels and the spirit of the meeting.

(3) Responsibilities of the deputy manager in charge of the company.

2. Be responsible for organizing the demonstration, implementation, acceptance and final benefit analysis of the company's energy-saving project scheme.

Strengthen operation management and maintenance management, pay special attention to energy-saving technical supervision, carefully balance the energy consumption of the whole company, do a good job in economic dispatch of main and auxiliary machines, improve the advanced nature of production indicators, regularly analyze, check and assess the technical and economic indicators of the company, sum up experience, and put forward improvement measures or plans.
4. According to the requirements of the company, report the production index information, and ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the index information.

5. Assist the Energy Conservation Office to evaluate the energy conservation of projects and equipment related to new construction, expansion, reconstruction and transformation.
6. Be responsible for the analysis of energy consumption and the implementation of energy indicators.
7. Responsible for the collection and statistics of workshop energy measurement, and report the statistical report to the production office, and report the measurement problems to the energy-saving office in time.
8. Responsible for checking the rationality of the workshop site energy.
9. Hold an energy-saving analysis meeting every ten days to analyze and evaluate the economic indicators of energy-saving and the completion of energy-saving work.

(5) Responsibilities of team members
1, responsible for the collection and statistics of energy measurement within the team and the calculation of energy consumption indicators of the team.

(6), equipment power division of responsibilities:
1. According to the regulations of higher authorities, high-energy-consuming equipment will be eliminated and new energy-saving products will be updated.
2. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of kinetic energy equipment, and cooperate with the measurement department to disassemble and assemble energy measuring instruments.
3. Ensure the normal operation of major energy-consuming equipment such as boilers and gasifiers, and keep all kinds of original records.
(7), instrument workshop responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the energy metering is accurate and complete, and the equipment rate meets the requirements. Regularly check, formulate and implement calibration plans, and draw energy metering network diagrams.
2, formulate energy measurement management system, do a good job in the purchase of energy measuring instruments.
(8), the finance department responsibilities:
1, according to the energy reward and punishment measures, units and individuals who have done a good job in energy conservation will be given certain rewards.
2. Withdraw energy-saving investment funds to ensure that the funds for energy-saving projects are in place in time.
3. Ensure that 20% of the equipment depreciation fund is used for energy-saving renovation projects.

(9), coal yard responsibilities:
