Henan Shuangxin Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Double Star Group and Henan Dongxin Tire Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 65438+ 10,000 tons of carbon black production project and an investment of 350 million yuan. Adopting the advanced technology controlled by international microcomputer, the main equipment includes high temperature air preheater, bag filter, air compressor, reaction furnace, dryer and wet granulator. Up to now, it has invested 654.38+0.5 billion yuan to build two 30,000-ton carbon black production lines and two 3000KW waste heat power generation projects. The second phase of the project will continue to invest 500 million yuan, and it is planned to build two new processes of carbon black production with an annual output of 2 × 50,000 tons and power generation by using the waste heat of tail gas.
