(three) to undertake urban public transport, long-distance passenger transport, station construction management and other social welfare undertakings;
(four) actively explore new ways and means of diversified financing, and strive to raise funds for transportation infrastructure construction and urban public welfare investment;
(5) Focus on the infrastructure field with expressway as the core, actively expand the expressway-related industrial belt economy such as derivative industries, and form a diversified business pattern;
(6) Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, transforming their operating mechanisms and enhancing their core competitiveness;
(seven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal party committee, municipal government and SASAC.
