How to control product quality?

Quality is the foundation of enterprise's survival and development. In order to improve product quality, all employees must participate. Every employee has the obligation and responsibility to grasp the product quality, firmly establish the quality consciousness, and strictly control and implement the product operation process. Leaders and every employee are required to devote themselves to product quality management and instill quality objectives into the hearts of every employee. Mainly to control the production process, 5S site management, delivery inspection (OQC) and other aspects, so as to ensure the overall quality of products.

Quality control in the production process;

Call on all employees and workshop directors to participate in quality management activities. The responsibility of each process should be implemented to people. Operators are strictly required to do a self-inspection of a product first, then the workshop director will check it, and then the quality inspector or patrol will conduct random inspection to prevent the occurrence of nonconforming products and prevent a nonconforming product from flowing into the next working procedure. Each workshop must strictly distinguish between inspected products, qualified products and defective products to prevent confusion. The products in the workshop must be placed neatly and kept clean and dry. Each workshop must standardize the operation, strictly do not produce unqualified products, do not accept unqualified products, and do not pass unqualified products.

"5S" management (on-site):

5S management includes sorting (SEIRI), correcting (SEITON), cleaning (SEISOU), cleaning (SEIKETSU) and finishing (SHITSUKE).

Finishing:

Is to completely separate what you want from what you don't want, put what you want in the designated position and make it clear, and resolutely get rid of what you don't want;

Correct:

It means that once the goods are inspected, unmarked and untreated, the on-site management cadres will hold the parties responsible;

Cleaning:

It is used to clean and wipe the dust, dirt, debris, silt and other dirt on the workplace, environment, instruments and equipment, materials and tool racks.

Cleaning:

It refers to the daily maintenance activities after the above three links, in which all staff carry out cleaning operations 3 minutes (or 5 minutes) before going to work every day to keep the whole environment in good condition at any time;

Literacy:

It is to cultivate good manners, work habits, organizational discipline and professionalism of all employees. Its purpose is to create a clean, comfortable and civilized production environment, standardize employee behavior and shape a good corporate image.

Delivery inspection (OQC):

Ex-factory inspection is a summary of the products produced. Through the re-inspection of all performance indicators of the whole product, whether it meets the customer's needs and expected satisfaction. Inspection must be carried out in strict accordance with the standards stipulated by the company and the requirements of customers. Do not miss inspection, do not hand over defective products, and do not accept unqualified products. The factory pass rate reaches 100%.
