How to calculate the wage coefficient, and what are the legal provisions?
Wage factor = actual performance/basic performance. Employee salary = basic salary+post salary × company coefficient× department coefficient× personal performance coefficient. Wage refers to the wages paid by the employer to the workers in various forms in accordance with the provisions of the labor contract. Wages are paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money, and it is not allowed to pay in kind or negotiable securities instead of money.
Article 47 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): The employing unit independently determines the wage distribution mode and wage level of the unit according to the production and operation characteristics and economic benefits of the unit.
Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Wages shall be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of currency. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
