On March 22nd, 1949, British Lido Voice Company opened the Radio Channel of Lido Voice in Hong Kong. The office was originally located at the junction of arsenal street and Hennessy Road (the current site of Hayden Building) and moved to Lido Voice Building (the current site of Fortis Building) on Gloucester Road, Wan Chai on 27 May 1959.
1957, Xiang Li in April, the Hong Kong government issued a license to allow them to operate cable TV. On May 29th of the same year, Lee's Voice (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. formally established Lee's TV Station with a capital of 4 million yuan, and named it "Lee's Reflection Voice". Li Ying is not only the first TV station in Hong Kong, but also the first radio station in Chinese-speaking areas around the world. Mars has added a Chinese channel, mainly in Cantonese. The establishment of Li Yingsheng is a milestone in the history of television broadcasting in Hong Kong, and it is also the first time to create many Hong Kong. 1962 September, Typhoon Dai Wen hit Hongkong, 100 people died. Li Yingying held a fund-raising party to sing for the victims, which was the first large-scale fund-raising benefit performance in Hong Kong TV history. The office is located in Guanhuayuan Building, Waterloo Road, with an area of 20,000 square feet. On the opening day, five red stars including Wu Chufan, Zhang Ying, Hu Feng, Kitty Ting and Fang Xin were invited to cut the ribbon. Wireless broadcasting (11960s to 1970s)

The new programs include variety show "Stars and Moon Win Glory", sports show "Horse Racing", funny drama "Old Master Q" and game show "Chess Competition". Since this official TV station does not have its own broadcast channel, it needs to borrow commercial TV stations as a broadcast platform, and "Li Yingsheng" has long cooperated with Radio Television Hong Kong in this respect. In September of the same year, the Hong Kong Educational Television Center was opened. At that time, Li's TV executives thought that as long as it was changed to free broadcast, the situation that wireless TV monopolized the TV market could be broken, and Li's voice began to change in the 1970s. On April 6th, 1973, "Li Yingsheng" underwent a major reform. The broadcast form was changed from wired to wireless, from charging to free, and the name was changed from "Li Yingsheng" to "Li TV", with two channels: "Li Chinese Channel" and "Li English Channel". On the same day, Lee Television Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong to bid for the new phase of wireless television broadcasting license. The largest shareholder is Lee's Voice (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (then a branch of Lee's Voice in Hong Kong), accounting for more than 60% of the shares. Other shareholders include Jardine Matheson, Kadoorie Family, Guo Yongan Family, Standard Chartered Bank and Xu Shixun Family. On August 10 of the same year, Lee Television Co., Ltd. was awarded the right to host a new Chinese-English TV station by the Hong Kong government, and announced that it would start broadcasting on wireless color dual channels at the end of the year. At the same time, Chiayi TV Station, with commercial radio as its major shareholder, obtained a license, and the station obtained the right to host China TV Station. The situation that wireless TV monopolizes the TV market in Hong Kong has already taken shape. Later, after the launch of Chiayi TV in 75, the ratings were higher than Li's TV, and Li's TV was often ranked last among the three.
