It processes 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas every year and produces ethane, liquefied petroleum gas, stable light hydrocarbons and other products. Changqing Oilfield Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and a state-controlled listed company. Its actual controller is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Therefore, Yulin ancient natural gas is a project of state-owned enterprises, but not an independent enterprise.
