If the applicant applies for registration of the establishment of a market entity and the registration authority registers it according to law, it shall issue a business license. The date of issuance of the business license is the date of establishment of the market entity.
Where laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council stipulate that the establishment of a market entity must be approved, it shall apply to the registration authority for registration within the validity period of the approval document.
