Xinjiang Tianye Group has several branches.

Xinjiang Tianye Group has nine branches and subsidiaries, namely Tianneng Chemical Co., Ltd., Tianwei Chemical Co., Ltd., Tianwei Cement Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tianye Water-saving Irrigation Co., Ltd., Shihezi Xinyuan Highway Transportation Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Shihezi Tianda Tomato Products Co., Ltd., which was established in July 1996. Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise of the Eighth Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
