About the deposit
Since 2007, all rental deposits have to join the protection plan, which currently includes three institutions: deposit protection service, my deposit and dispute service.
Within 30 days after receiving the deposit, the landlord must put the deposit into the security scheme and provide you with the corresponding serial number (serial number) and deposit certificate to prove that your deposit is really kept by a third party.
Once the contract expires, the intermediary or landlord and I need to fill in the relevant information on the website of the institution where the deposit is deposited. For example, the landlord can ask to deduct the cleaning fee from the deposit. Once both parties reach an agreement, my deposit will be refunded to you through a third party.
