What is the relationship between national nuclear power and China National Nuclear Corporation?

National Nuclear Power is a holding subsidiary of China National Nuclear Corporation.

National Nuclear Power Technology Corporation is a limited liability company established by the State Council, China National Nuclear Corporation, China Power Investment Corporation, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd. and China Technology Import and Export Corporation. Authorized by the State Council, it signed contracts with foreign countries on behalf of the country, accepted advanced third-generation nuclear power technology, implemented relevant engineering design and project management, and formed the main body of China nuclear power technology brands through digestion, absorption and innovation. It is the main carrier and research and development platform to realize the introduction, engineering construction and independent development of the third generation nuclear power technology.

Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant is a holding subsidiary of China Power Investment Corporation, and China National Nuclear Corporation only holds 5% of the shares.

In September 2004, six shareholders, including China Power Investment Corporation, established Shandong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") to comprehensively carry out and promote the preliminary work of Shandong Haiyang nuclear power project. The investment proportions are: China Power Investment Corporation 65%, Shandong International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. 10%, Yantai Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. 10%, China Guodian Corporation 5%, China National Nuclear Corporation 5% and Huaneng Energy Transportation Industry Holding Co., Ltd. 5%.
