What are the assessment indicators of China Mobile marketing staff?

Service indicators:

Average closing time = sum of closing time of each customer ÷ number of closed customers.

Average reception time = the sum of the time to receive each customer ÷ the number of customers received.

Average customer stay time = (∑ customer departure time-∑ customer arrival time) ÷ number of customers.

Complaint rate = total number of clients complained ÷ total number of clients × 100%.

Marketing indicators are analyzed from three dimensions: people, goods and market. Commonly used analysis indicators are (including financial indicators):

Transaction rate = number of customers ÷ passenger flow × 100%

Marketing completion rate = sales completion number ÷ target number × 100%

Marketing customer indicators:

Customer unit price = total marketing ÷ number of customers with transactions.

Unit price = total marketing amount/total sales quantity

Joint rate = total marketing amount ÷ total transactions.
