What does net stock value mean?

Net stock value refers to the actual value of listed companies' stocks. The net value of a stock is also called "net assets" and "book value of a stock", especially the value of each stock after the company's liabilities are removed. After the stock is officially listed, the transaction price of the stock is often quite different from the actual price, so the value of the stock cannot be regarded as the total assets of the company. The net value of stocks generally includes undistributed income, arbitrary accumulation fund, capital accumulation fund and so on.
