Zhou Jiang, general manager of Dong Qing Company, reported the basic situation, progress, existing problems and promotion measures of the technical transformation project in Dong Qing. Zhou Jiang said that since the reorganization of Dong Qing by Chinalco and Harbin Municipal Government in September last year, on the basis of full market research and expert argumentation, Chinalco has adjusted the renovation project plan of Dong Qing, and adjusted the super-large special aluminum alloy strip project into two sub-projects of wide-plate production line and strip production line, giving full play to the advantages of Dong Qing's military industrialization, alloying and specialization.
Regarding the progress of the project, Zhou Jiang said that by the end of September this year, the wide and thick plate production line had completed an investment of more than 700 million yuan; The construction projects of melting and casting workshop and calendering workshop have all been completed; 90% of the basic project of 3950 hot roughing mill has been completed; The installation of hot roughing mill equipment has been completed by 30%; Other equipment such as roller mill foundation and push heating furnace are being implemented; In September this year, the foundation stone laying ceremony of strip steel production line was held. After that, the feasibility study, planning approval and fund raising of the project were carried out respectively. The EIA work has passed the provincial review and has been reported to the state, and the related work is under intense progress.
Zhou Jiang also explained the problems that need to be solved by the municipal government and relevant departments in terms of project land use and project filing, and put forward measures to promote the project.
