What should I pay attention to when working in a company?

1, in the workplace, teamwork is essential-do some work that does not belong to your own responsibilities.

In the same team, it is inevitable that there will be overlapping work and everyone needs to help each other.

Especially in large projects, teamwork is essential.

Today, others need your help at work, and you must need others' help at work in the future.

It is difficult to survive in a team for a long time alone.

Therefore, it is necessary to help colleagues do some work that is not your responsibility.

2, avoid being a good person who can boss around-don't always help.

When I say "it is necessary to do some work within my own responsibility", I don't mean that you should do whatever your colleagues ask you to do.

Otherwise, you will be a good person who can be bossed around.

They will use your kindness unscrupulously, and your kindness will eventually turn into a ruthless request from colleagues.

After a long time, colleagues will get used to asking for your help and take it for granted. It's wrong for you not to help.

This is beyond my own psychological acceptance, and it also affects my work.

3. From "passive help" to "active help"

In fact, the help that good people give to colleagues in the workplace is often passive-long-term free help, not from the heart.

Passive help can easily make you feel tired, bored and disgusted, while active help can make people full of energy.

When you take the initiative to help, you will find yourself in a happy mood, so you won't feel too much pressure.

How to achieve real "active help"?

First, decide when to help.

Helping colleagues doesn't mean helping at all times.

After all, we have work to finish by ourselves. When we promise to help our colleagues, it means spending extra time and energy to help them.

Therefore, it is very important to decide when to give help. This should be judged according to your actual work.

But there is one important thing. Never help your colleagues near the end of the work.

For example, a colleague has a plan to make and give it to the leader tomorrow. You know this plan is not so easy to complete. At this time, my colleague asked you for help and complained that you would help anyway. Once you help, don't say that the credit is not yours. Once the leader is dissatisfied with the plan, he will be furious. What will you do once your colleagues put the blame on you?

Besides, the leader gave so much time, but this colleague didn't do it well. Are you sure you can do it in less than a day?

The criterion for deciding when to help is that you have free time. On the premise of ensuring that the work can be completed, you can also take time to "actively help" your colleagues.

Second, decide who to help?

Not all colleagues have to help themselves, so which colleagues should they help? Which colleagues should not help,

So you won't become a good fool who is bossed around.

Some people take aim at you as soon as they enter the company and hide behind you-these people just refuse.

Don't spend time with inefficient people.

For those who may decide your promotion (such as your direct leader) and those who support you at work, you can help more.

In the workplace, it is the key to maintain interpersonal relationships to help colleagues do some work that does not belong to their job responsibilities.

Summary:

Proactive help, the core: decide "who" and "when" to provide job help outside of duty.
