Let's start with Guan Yu. His personality can be summed up in one word, that is, perfection. The word "perfect" here does not mean that he is really perfect, but that Guan Yu has been pursuing perfection all his life. The matter originated from the partnership of eighteen companies trying to get rid of Dong Zhuo Company. Guan Yu got a chance to show himself, that is, a glass of warm wine was not cold, and Hua Xiong, the No.2 backbone of Dong Zhuo Company, was killed, which was the later incident of "warm wine chopping Hua Xiong". Guan Yu's first big stage appearance was so perfect that he developed the habit of pursuing perfection. Later, the attack on Che Zhou, the head of Xuzhou Branch of Cao Cao Company, was also a perfect shot. Then I got separated from my eldest brother and third brother and was trapped on a hill. I want to die, but I am a good friend of Cao Cao and the backbone of his company. Zhang Liao advised me that Guan Yu would be laughed at by the world when he died, and the reason was still very good. Therefore, Guan Yu, who pursued perfection, temporarily surrendered to Chairman Cao Cao. Of course, Guan Yu also made a very formal request, that is, to surrender to the Han Dynasty, not to Cao Dong. This request is naive. You see, Guan Yu was originally working for the uncle of the big fellow and didn't mean to oppose the Han Dynasty. How can he say that he surrendered to the Han Dynasty? In addition, Cao Dong was the prime minister of the Han Dynasty, and he and the Han Dynasty were also a family. The so-called only the Han dynasty, not Cao Cao, is purely an aesthete's cover-up. Then, the "riding a thousand miles alone" action took the word "perfect" to the extreme. With only a few followers, it is almost impossible for Leng to walk out of Cao Cao's company's territory with his sister-in-law. In fact, if Cao Dong was deliberately embarrassed, Guan Yu could not have accomplished this feat. In any case, the perfect character has been defined in Guan Yu, which is difficult to change.
The tables have turned, and Cao Dong sometimes falls into Guan Yu's hands. It was at the end of Battle of Red Cliffs, in a small place called Huarong Road, that Cao Dong, who was at the end of the road, and Guan Yu, who had been waiting for a long time with defeated troops, were given by heaven, and there would hardly be a second good chance in history. If Cao Dong is captured or killed, history will be rewritten. Guan Yu has his own unique understanding of perfection. He thought about it and even let Cao Dong go. Why? I'm afraid the whole world will laugh at him for Guan Yu's unkindness and imperfection.
Another time, just outside Changsha, I met an opponent, namely Huang Zhong, the backbone of Cao Cao's Changsha branch, which was the former Liu Biao Company. /kloc-after more than 0/00 rounds, the two men fought, regardless of the outcome. Guan Yu wanted to cheat and defeat first, and then kill his opponent with a drag knife, but Huang Zhong's horse lived up to expectations and fell off the chain after chasing Guan Yu who cheated and defeated him, knocking Huang Zhong to the ground. It should be said that this is a good opportunity to get rid of the enemy, but Guan Yu generously let his opponent go back to change horses and fight again. It does have the spirit of "fair competition", but this is a life-and-death war, pursuing a perfect gentleman Guan Yu. However, Guan Yu inadvertently won another member of the company, "General Five Tigers", and did not follow the table, which was introduced in detail in Huang Zhong's part.
Guan Yu was promoted and became the head of Jingzhou branch under the head office. Of course, the pursuit of perfection will not change. Sun Quan's great plan, Lu Su planned a plan to hijack Guan Yu, that is, invite Guan Yu to dinner, then kidnap him and force him to hand over Jingzhou territory. Although it was a very retarded plan, Guan Yu also saw the clue at a glance, but in order not to make people laugh at his cowardice, it can also be said that in order to maintain a perfect image, Guan Yu came to "go to the meeting alone." Fortunately, Lu Su took care of his own life, and Guan Yu got away with it.
Being famous is not good. Another man named Pound insisted on challenging Guan Yu's "golden belt". This person originally belonged to Ma Chao Company, but later left the company and took refuge in Cao Cao Company through Zhanglu Company. It can also be called business backbone. Guan Yu fought with him for hundreds of rounds, regardless of the outcome, but Pound hit Guan Yu with an arrow and gained the upper hand. This time, Guan Yu used his wisdom, not recklessly, but with the help of the weather and terrain, and then artificially caused floods, washed away a powerful but watery "Seven Armies" in the north, and captured Pound and Yujin alive, which is what later generations called "the flooded Seven Armies". At this point, Guan Yu played his own prestige, and even many robbers in Cao Cao's company expressed their desire to follow Guan Yu. Cao Dong also began to consider moving the company headquarters to avoid the limelight of Guan Yu. Guan Yu's perfection has reached its limit, and the light of the stars has been dazzling.
The extremes meet, and Guan Yu becomes proud. Sun Quan Company kindly sent Zhuge Liang's younger brother to propose marriage. Sun Quan wanted to be in-laws with Guan Yu, that is, let Sun Quan's son marry Guan Yu's daughter, and Sun and Liu handled Cao Cao Company together, but Guan Yu not only refused, but also personally insulted Sun Quan's son, laying the groundwork for his failure. At that time, Zhuge Liang, the leader of Guan Yu, told Guan Yu that to form an alliance with Sun Quan against Cao Cao, he could not fight on two fronts. Guan Yu also turned a deaf ear. Besides, Sun Quan's son is worthy of your daughter Guan Yu, and neither public nor private Guan Yu will suffer. But the perfect Guan Yu seems to discriminate against Wudong people, either saying that they are mice or dogs.
There is also an episode, that is, Guan Yu's right arm was almost disabled because of the poisoned arrow. Fortunately, doctor Hua Tuo operated on the surgeon and saved his arm. Admirably, during the operation, the skin was directly opened, the meat was cut and the bones were scraped, and no anesthetic was used. Guan Yu also played chess, drank wine, ate meat and laughed with the planner. This is the story of "Curing poison by scraping bones". To say, as long as it is a normal person, it is strange that it doesn't hurt to toss like that, but Guan Yu has perfect beliefs and can even bear it. It seems that spiritual strength is infinite.
Guan Yu, who was caught in a battle on two fronts, was forced to sing the play "Walking in Maicheng". Sun Quan Company still hopes to cooperate with Guan Yu and send Zhuge Liang's younger brother to propose marriage and surrender again. Perhaps Zhu Gejin's eloquence is not as good as Zhang Liao's, or perhaps Guan Yu feels that it is not perfect to surrender again. In short, the negotiations failed. Guan Yu hesitated, and under the persuasion of his subordinates and seme, he began to break through. He also wanted to stay in Qingshan, but when he chose to retreat, he thought he was brave and not afraid of ambush, and he was captured alive. Chairman Sun Quan hesitated before giving Guan Yu an end. Guan Yu was not a coward. He swore before he died, which made him perfect.
It is said that Guan Yu also likes reading books, especially Spring and Autumn Annals, and once told stories to Si Mahui, a great hermit. But in fact, Guan Yu didn't read the book thoroughly, just a mere formality and fur. You know, what is Spring and Autumn? It is a historical record full of blood, killing, barbarism and struggle, and it is a bloody and naked performance. It is common for father and son to kill each other, but Guan Yu only learned the spirit of loyalty from books, which is really desperate. During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Song Xianggong's so-called "benevolence and righteousness" was similar to Guan Yu's failure to kill his old enemy Huang Zhong at that time, but later Huang Zhong reciprocated and did not shoot Guan Yu; Cheng, the general of Chu, was ashamed and committed suicide because he failed to command the "Battle of Chengpu", which is similar to Guan Yu's "loss of Jingzhou". What a pity, Guan Yu, you are so stupid in reading! Perfection is that Guan Yu made a cocoon himself and confined himself in it.
Second, Zhang Fei's inner display
At first glance, the word "inner show" will not be associated with Zhang Fei. After listening to the following analysis, your opinion may change.
Many people think that Zhang Fei, born in a butcher's family, must be a lout. In fact, he is biased. According to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Zhang Fei is at least a petty bourgeoisie, owns a restaurant and has a lot of land at home. He is a very rich man. There is also a legend that Zhang Fei's nickname for killing pigs is "Zhang Yidao", which means that one knife can kill pigs. Strangle alive if you don't die. That is to exaggerate Zhang Fei's rudeness in imagination. Even if Zhang Feijia wants to kill pigs, it's not his turn to do it himself. To prove that Zhang Fei is not a lout, let's give a few examples first.
First, when Liu Bei Company just got the Xuzhou market, Cao Dong sent two cowards, Liu Dai and Wang Zhonglai, to test the depth. Of course, these two cowards are no match. Guan Yu first captured one alive, and it was Zhang Fei's turn to play. The other coward refused to play anyway. Zhang Fei deliberately hit a soldier, then threatened to kill the soldier, then deliberately let the soldier go, let him pass false information, draw the enemy out, and finally captured the coward who refused to fight alive. Afterwards, Liu Dongzhi praised Zhang Fei for his cleverness.
The second time was the battle of Changhanbo. Zhang Fei only brought twenty cavalry and needed to stop tens of thousands of enemy troops. What shall we do? Zhang Fei made another plan to let the soldiers tie branches behind the ponytail and run horses back and forth. From a distance, there seems to be smoke and dust, and I don't know how many troops there are. Then, I stood alone on the bridge and had a few drinks, which really scared away tens of thousands of Cao Cao's men. Very brave and resourceful.
Third, Zhang Fei was ordered to lead the army alone to seize the territory of Liu Zhang Company. When I arrived at Baxian Sub-branch, I was stopped by Yan Yan, a business expert, and shouted a few times. People insisted on risk, but he just couldn't get out. Zhang Fei began to use ingenuity again, deliberately passing false information, threatening to bypass Ba County and send someone to pretend to be himself. Finally, Yan Yan was transferred out, and then he was captured and won Ba County. It is worth mentioning that Zhang Fei's tolerance and generosity also impressed Yan Yan. With the help of the old general, the territory behind him was completely occupied almost without bloodshed, and along another road, it reached the designated assembly place before Zhuge Liang's army, which surprised Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang.
The fourth time, I competed with Zhang He, a business backbone of Cao Cao Company (with a pair of ear knives on the right, the same below) for Hanzhong territory, and I was deadlocked in a place called Langzhong. When Zhang Fei saw Zhang He sticking to the stronghold, he drank too much every day and abused him in front of the mountain. When the news reached Dong Liu, Dong Liu was very worried. Zhuge Liang laughed at Dong Liu for not knowing his brother, but instead sent dozens of jars of wine to Zhang Fei. And clearly told Liu Dong that Zhang Fei must have a strange trick, because Zhuge Liang trusted Zhang Fei through his acceptance of Yan Yan. Sure enough, Zhang Fei managed to win three strongholds and a pass of Cao Cao Company successively. Zhang He was defeated and let him escape on foot, leaving only a dozen followers.
After reading these four examples, can you still call Zhang Fei a lout? According to records, Zhang Fei's calligraphy is particularly good, especially good at official script. In the fourth example mentioned above, Zhang Fei also wrote a tablet, which was left in the ancient battlefield. It was once verified by Ji Xiaolan, a talented scholar in the Qing Dynasty, and proved that the cliff stone carving left was written by Zhang Fei himself. It is also recorded that Zhang Fei is quite good at meticulous figure painting, and I don't know if it is true or not. However, it can be concluded that Zhang Fei should have received a good education because of his superior material conditions, but his appearance is fierce and easily misunderstood. There is a folk allegorical saying that is fair, that is, Zhang Fei eats vermicelli-coarse and fine. When I was a child, I also heard the story of Zhang Fei inspecting melons, which also shows that Zhang Fei is very clever. Also, Zhang Fei helped the personnel department of his company discover Pang Tong's ability, otherwise Dong Liu might have missed it.
People with inner show, multiple feelings. As soon as Zhang Fei saw Dong Liu hit it off, he supported the company with all his possessions. Knowing that Guan Yu was killed, he wailed day and night, forcing his two generals to complete the impossible task. As a result, he jumped over the wall and killed Zhang Fei. Zhang Fei, an inner show, died of cowardice.
Third, Zhao Yun's reality
Zhao Yun and Zhao Zilong are good employees valued by any boss, but Zhao Yun knows how to choose two paths. He also chooses the boss, and he is a very realistic employee. Of course, the reality here is not that Zhao Yun is ruthless, but that he is rational.
Zhaoyun was originally an employee of Lombardi Company, but found that Chairman Lombardi had no great ambition, that is, the company's future prospects were not optimistic, so he jumped to Gongsun Zan Company. During this period, he met Liu Bei, who was also under Gongsun Zan at that time, and they admired each other. But when Liu Bei was not the boss, Zhao Yun had to give in to Gongsun Zan first. Before breaking up with Liu Bei, he said that he thought Gongsun Zan was a hero, but it turned out that he and Yuan Shao were tarred with the same brush. Liu Bei has only one comfort. Later, Liu Bei became his own boss. In order to make a name for himself, he stood up for Tao Qian Company and borrowed Zhao Yun, so they got to know each other better. After the incident, Liu Bei and Zhao Yun said goodbye with tears again. At this time, it is estimated that Zhao Yun will have the will to change jobs again, but the prospect of Liu Bei Company, which has just started its own business, is still waiting to be seen. Later, Guan Yu found Liu Bei and happened to meet Zhao Yun. It turned out that Zhaoyun's Gongsun Zan company went bankrupt, and Zhaoyun had nowhere to live. According to himself, he wanted to go to Liu Bei's company for a long time, but it was not implemented for some objective reasons. Actually, Zhao Yun was still hesitating, but he couldn't find a company that he thought was more suitable than Liu Bei's, so he happened to work in Liu Bei's company first.
Later, in the battle of Dangyang Changbanpo, Zhao Yun gave his life to save his son Dou. At first, he was misunderstood by a fool named Mi Fang as surrendering to Cao Dong. Thanks to Dong Liu's confidence, Zhang Feicai was not allowed to stir up trouble. Until Zhao Yun sent Adou to Liu Bei, Dong Liu, after making sure that Adou was all right, put Adou on the ground like a show and said, "I'm going to reimburse this boy for his spine!" At that time, Zhao Yun, who was covered in blood (mostly enemy blood) and exhausted, was moved to tears. From then on, Zhao can be said to have worked for Liu Bei Company all his life. Thanks to Cao Dong, if he hadn't cherished Zhao Yun and ordered him not to stab him in the back, I'm afraid Zhao Yun would not have returned to Liu. But in any case, Zhao Yun is a very dedicated employee. As long as he is in the company for one day, he will work hard, even if his life is in danger. Of course, he thinks there are countless companies that can get by, such as Yuan Shao Company and Gongsun Zan Company.
Later, Zhao Yun's performance was even more remarkable, and he was appraised as "being brave" by Dong Liu. Zhuge Liang often has important tasks, and most of them are given to Zhao Yun, because he is reliable, especially after borrowing the east wind, he arranges Zhao Yun to prepare ships to meet him. If Zhang Fei is allowed to do this job, it will be in trouble if he drinks again. And Zhao Yun lived and worked until he was old. Later, when he was old, he single-handedly killed five Korean generals (one father and four sons) of Cao Cao Company, and worked diligently for the company with his sons and nephews.
But there was also a time when Dong Liu gave him the cold shoulder because of Zhao Yun's reality or rationality. The thing is this: After Guan Yu was killed, Liu Dong wanted to avenge Guan Yu and prepared to fight with Sun Quan Company with all his strength. Zhao Yun believes that from the perspective of justice, the traitor is Cao Cao, not Sun Quan, and Dong Liu has a great mission, so he should treat public affairs as private affairs. However, Dong Liu, who was hot-headed, did not accept Zhao Yun's advice and was still ready to send troops. After Zhuge Liang tried hard to persuade, he wavered a little, and Zhang Fei came to cry again. Dong Liu threw Zhuge Liang's admonition badge on the ground, and his attitude was very bad. Dong Liu is determined to achieve fame by his career. After the invasion, Zhao Yun was put in charge of logistics for the first time, so he didn't listen to Dong Liu because of Zhao Yun's suggestion. But zhaoyun still finished the work seriously. At the critical moment, he killed Zhu Ran, the leader of the pursuer, and saved Dong Liu, which made Dong Liu feel ashamed.
You can do business on impulse, but rational management is the only way. Dong Liu ignored this point, and once thought that Zhao Yun didn't show goodwill, which really wronged Zhao Yun. It is a blessing, luck and hope for any company with absolute strength to have employees like Zhao Yun. Zhao Yun, the reality is impeccable.
Fourth, extreme Ma Chao
Ma Chao, a native of Xiliang, is of ethnic origin. She is beautiful, her face is as white as jade, her eyes are very energetic and her figure is very strong and handsome. Her ancestor was Ma Yuan, the general Fu Bo of Dahan, and she was born in a noble family. The business is also first-class. When I was seventeen, I killed an adult enemy general in a battle and took one alive. However, due to personal experience, Ma Chao's extreme personality was caused.
First, his father Ma Teng was discovered and killed by Cao Dong, because his plan to murder Cao Dong was leaked, and his two younger brothers Ma Tie and Matthew were also killed. Of course, Ma Chao is not a coward. He took all his troops, Han Sui, his father's sworn brother, and his eight troops led by Xiliang, and killed the territory of Cao Dong together to avenge. At first, they were invincible, even attacking Chang 'an and Tongguan, and were deadlocked with Cao Dong in Weihe area. Needless to say, the combat effectiveness of Xiliang troops. Ma Chao led the fighters twice and almost killed Cao Dong. Once, Cao Dong was forced to cut off his beard and throw away his robe. He escaped with the help of a tree and his younger brother Cao Hong. Once again, he was almost shot into a hedgehog by an archer under the command of Ma Chao on the Weihe River, thanks to Chu Xu, the Iliad, who gave his life to save him. However, due to Ma Chao's initial disaster and abnormal emotions, tricks or two planners in Cao Dong, he began to doubt his sworn uncle Han Sui. Coupled with Cao Dong's multiple double spies, the captain will fight hard with Han Sui. Actually, calm down and think about it. If Han Sui and Cao Dong join hands, can they start hooking up in front of you? Can only blame Ma Chao for being too extreme. In the social situation at that time, it was true to think badly of others, but we must do things safely. After all, Ma Chao was the eldest son of the Ma family, and both his father and brother were killed. Just grow up. However, Ma Chao's reckless behavior was interpreted by Han Sui's subordinates as a humiliation to Han Sui, which became an excuse for Han Sui to really take refuge in Cao Dong. It can be said that extreme Ma Chao forced Han Sui into the arms of Cao Dong. Besides, as a coach, you agreed to fight with Chu Xu, a messenger-level figure, until it was torn up. This is really not career-oriented. At this time, it is not time for you to show courage. If you fall into Cao Dong's trap again, is it worth it?
Later, Ma Chao harassed the territory of Cao Dong again with the help of the Qiang army, and successfully won the Longxi market in Cao Dong. However, the surrendered troops were not properly handled. Wei Kang, a middle-level cadre, really surrendered, but was killed by Ma Chao. Another cadre, Yang Fu, advised Wei Kang not to surrender, but Ma Chao kept his promise. It was in order to save yangfu that it became a legacy. This person had ulterior motives, contacted several accomplices, and took advantage of Ma Chao to go out to resist Cao Dong's army, hacked to death Ma Chao's wife, three children and more than a dozen close relatives in the city, and threw down the body, all in front of Ma Chao. This makes Ma Chao more extreme.
After Ma Chao was defeated by Cao Dong again, he wandered to Zhanglu Company and tried to make a comeback, but his interpersonal relationship was not good and he was not trusted. It was this distrust that led Zhang Lu to finally cede Ma Chao to President Liu Bei. Ma Chao didn't do much in the future, maybe he was numb after several blows, and finally died of depression. It is a pity that he died of illness at the age of 47 when he was very young.
If Ma Chao can start his career with a good attitude, he will certainly make great achievements. Of course, no matter who is hit so hard, it is very difficult, but as a hero, it is only a hero who surpasses most people. Look at Ma Chao's mistakes in handling things several times, all of which are caused by going to extremes.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) loyal Huang Zhong
Huang Zhong is really helpful. His former boss, Han Xuan, was very ordinary to him. In the battle between Huang Zhong and Guan Yu mentioned earlier, Guan Yu deliberately did not shoot because he thanked Guan Yu for not killing himself when his horse slipped. Therefore, Han Xuan tried to kill Huang Zhong. If it weren't for Wei Yan, Huang Zhong would be in danger. But when Wei Yan tried to kill Han Xuan, Huang Zhong stopped him. Although he didn't stop him, he was loyal enough. After Dong Liu entered Changsha, he had Huang Zhong, and his attitude was sincere. Huang Zhong was moved, but also let Dong Liu bury Han Xuan according to the etiquette, which is admirable.
Wei Yan and Huang Zhong fought for credit when they seized the site of Liu Zhang Company, but Huang Zhong didn't care and saved Wei Yan once. When competing with Cao Cao Company for Hanzhong territory, we did not forget to support another old employee, Yan Yan, who made great contributions and Huang Zhong was also very generous.
After Guan Yu was killed, Huang Zhong went to war with Dong Liu even though he was over seventy. When he saw Pan Zhang, one of Guan Yu's killers, he shouted to avenge Guan Yu. I chased it far, but I was killed by another killer enemy of Guan Yu. Ma Zhong was shot by a cold arrow, and the rescue was ineffective. He died of old age and physical weakness. You know, Guan Yu was furious when he was named "Five Tiger Generals" with Huang Zhong. He said that Zhang Fei and Zhao Yun were his younger brothers, Ma Chao was born well, and Huang Zhong was just an old soldier. He should not be named "Iliad". It is impossible for Huang Zhong not to know this, but he did not hesitate to avenge Guan Yu. This shows that he is really loyal.
Also, Huang Zhong's loyalty is not as rigid as Guan Yu's. In the battle with Xia for territory, Cao Cao's men were accidentally captured, and Huang Zhong also captured Xia's nephew. Therefore, the two sides discussed the exchange of prisoners of war. Guan Yu should put this matter aside and must act according to the rules. However, Huang Zhong is a little shady with the enemy. When their prisoners of war ran back to their camp as required, Huang Zhong shot Xia Houshang from behind. Although he didn't shoot him to death, he was very angry with Xia and prepared for calculating Xia in the future.
In a word, Huang Zhong's loyalty is authentic and rigid. If the Huarong Road incident happened to Huang Zhong, even though he had benefited from Cao Dong before, he would not let Cao Dong go. For Huang Zhong, "flies are flies and meat pies are meat pies".
