I have always believed that the more I fear, the more I need to face it.

Pattern, case is the cognitive degree of things within the cognitive scope, and bureau refers to what is done and the result of things within the cognitive scope, which is collectively called pattern. You can look back on your past career, or whether there are leaders with low patterns in the workplace now. Is it because they are too timid, afraid to make decisions, too short-sighted, and only see immediate interests, and their sense of responsibility and mission is irrelevant?
What are the characteristics of low-key leaders in the workplace?
I have met many leaders in my career in the past ten years. I think leaders with low patterns usually have the following three characteristics:
1, business ability is weak, and there are many things to ask subordinates. Some people may say that a low pattern does not mean a weak business ability.
I have to say that I have never met anyone with a low pattern and strong business ability. Most of these people don't think about the depth of their business, but just solve some superficial problems.
What does the pattern mean? I think mode is more of a way of thinking. The depth and breadth of thinking are deep enough, and wisdom, courage and decision-making are unique, so as to improve the pattern.
2, afraid of backbiting, lack of minimum sense of responsibility. Fear of speaking ill of others behind their backs is a low pattern, so are people who are not afraid of speaking ill of others behind their backs high?
Of course not.
The so-called high pattern should be to make full use of one's own wisdom, reasonably evaluate the risks of things, and think about the solutions to the risks before making decisions.
Don't be afraid of everything, just the pattern is high.

Some things, maybe you really can't afford it.
I believe there will be such leaders, but certainly not the majority. After all, there are still some basic leaders, so I say such leaders are simply the best.
3, short-sighted, planning is always one step behind others. What is leadership?
Leadership is an action process that guides and influences individuals or organizations to achieve certain goals under certain conditions.
The two most important keywords in this definition are "guidance" and "realization", that is to say, the biggest responsibility of a leader should be to lead the team where and to what height.
The worst performance of the most incompetent or lowest-level leaders is that they don't even know where the team should go.
As a leader, if you don't even have a clear vision of industry trends or departmental situations, don't know what the future goals are, and don't know what to do next, it's quite terrible.
