At present, the wind farms in charge of operation include:
1, Jiancaitang Wind Farm
The pilot project of 45MW wind power concession of Pingchuan Building Materials Pond Wind Farm in Baiyin, Gansu Province is one of the second batch of pilot projects of bidding for wind power concession below 50,000 kW organized by Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and it is the fourth power project invested and constructed by SDIC Huajing Company in Baiyin City after Jingyuan No.2 Power Generation Company, Daxia Hydropower Station of Gansu Little Three Gorges Company and Wujinxia Hydropower Station. The wind farm is located in Jiancaitang Village, Wangjiashan Town, Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, with an installed capacity of 45MW. It is equipped with 30 wind turbines with a stand-alone capacity of 1.500 kW, and a10/0 kV step-up substation is built, which is connected to Gansu Power Grid with a voltage of1kloc-0/0 kV. 2. Beidaqiao East Wind Farm
The 49.5 MW project of Guazhou Beidaqiao East Wind Farm in Gansu Province is located on the Gobi Desert in the northeast of Guazhou County 10km in Jiuquan District, Gansu Province. It is jointly invested and constructed by SDIC Huajing Power Holding Co., Ltd. and Gansu Huineng New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., with the capital contribution ratio of 65% and 35% respectively. The installed capacity of the project is 49.5 MW, 33 wind turbines with a single capacity of 1.500 kW are installed, and a new 1 10kV step-up substation is built, and the power is transmitted to Guazhou Substation110 kV system, with a total investment of 499 million.
On June 3rd, 2008, the project of Beidaqiao East Wind Farm was approved by Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. On July 2 1, the project company-SDIC Jiuquan No.1 Wind Power Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
3. Beida Bridge No.2 Wind Farm
The 200MW project site of Beida Bridge No.2 wind farm in Guazhou, Gansu Province is located on the Gobi Desert, 30km northeast of Guazhou County in Jiuquan area. Design and install 134 wind turbine, single machine capacity 1500 kW, total installed capacity of 20 1MW, annual online power consumption of 447.89 million kW.h, and annual utilization hours of 2228h h. ..
Beidaqiao East 1 330kV step-up substation will be built in the second and third phases of wind power in Beida Bridge, and the generated wind power will be collected in the substation to step up to 330kv voltage level and sent to 750kV Guazhou Substation. The estimated total investment in the pre-feasibility study stage is1973,762,200 yuan.
