A listed company will be delisted if it loses money for three consecutive years and fails to recover its profit in the second year. There are four conditions for a listed company to withdraw from the market: 1, the total share capital and equity distribution of the company no longer meet the listing conditions and still cannot meet the listing conditions within the time limit stipulated by the stock exchange; 2. The company fails to disclose relevant financial conditions in accordance with regulations, or falsifies financial and accounting reports and refuses to correct them; 3. The company is dissolved or declared bankrupt; 4. Other listed companies that meet the requirements of the listing rules are delisted.
