The origin of minimalism
Simplicity originated from western modernism in the early 20th century. Western modernism originated from Bauhaus school and advocated simplicity in architectural decoration. Simple style is characterized by simplifying design elements, colors, lighting and raw materials to a minimum, but it requires high quality of colors and materials. Therefore, simple space design is usually very implicit, and it can often achieve twice the result with half the effort and win with simplicity.
Style characteristic
(1) The indoor space is transparent inside and outside, and the space plane design pursues freedom from the restrictions of load-bearing walls.
(2) Indoor walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and even lamps and utensils are characterized by simple modeling, pure texture and fine craftsmanship.
