I am a teacher and the man is a company employee. He just got married and wants to apply for a birth permit. What materials does the man need to prepare?

Introduce a birth permit

The birth certificate, also known as the birth certificate, is a necessary preparation procedure for Chinese mainland and his wife before they want to have children. It is a memorandum for the family planning department to provide contraceptives to married women at home. If you are both married for the first time (you have already got a marriage certificate) and have no children (the child is the first child), it is ok to reissue the birth permit after the child is born, and there will be no fine. However, if it is the first marriage, but the marriage certificate is obtained after the birth of the child, there will be a fine whenever the birth permit is issued, which is about 1000 yuan, which varies from place to place. If one of the husband and wife remarries and meets the fertility conditions, they must go to the family planning department to apply for a birth certificate before giving birth.

Basic materials: both parties' household registration books, ID cards, original marriage certificates, certificates of first marriage, first childbirth, non-adoption, and unit/neighborhood committees, which shall be confirmed and stamped at the township (street) family planning office where the household registration is located;

Handling materials

Other materials: a. The woman goes to the designated place for inspection, writes a pregnancy test sheet or diagnosis certificate, and asks the family planning management department of the woman's unit before handling it. No workers can ask the neighborhood Committee; B 1 inch bareheaded photos of both sides.

Reminder: Both men and women can apply for a birth permit. As long as the documents of both parties are complete, it is not a problem for either party to apply for a birth permit. It should be noted that the materials, requirements and procedures required for applying for a birth permit may be different in different places, for reference only!

Basic common sense

Processing time: couples of childbearing age who meet the legal requirements and are willing to have a child in the near future will bring relevant materials to apply for a birth permit about three months after pregnancy; Validity period: the validity period of the birth permit is 1 year. Failing to apply for a birth certificate within the time limit must be postponed, and the birth certificate that has not been postponed is invalid.

Function: The birth permit is a family planning policy in China, which is directly related to the household registration. Giving birth to a child without a birth permit is tantamount to an unplanned birth, which is bound by family planning regulations and fined, and the child registered permanent residence is also very troublesome.

Reminder: If both husband and wife are married for the first time (they have already got a marriage certificate) and have no children (the first child is born, and the child is the first child), it is ok to reissue the birth permit after the child is born, and there will be no fine.

3. For the floating population working in other places, the state has special policies to facilitate the floating population to apply for maternity service certificates. See the Regulations on Family Planning of Floating Population for details. The management of family planning work of floating population is mainly based on the current residence and domicile. In addition, there is no place where the "indicators" are full and maternity service certificates are not given.
