In this 1 1 day, I conducted an internship in Bajiaobafang Global through introduction. Internship is an important learning process for college students, and it is also a tentative step towards society after graduation. The main purpose of my internship is to be familiar with the work of contemporary enterprises and institutions, accumulate work experience, improve comprehensive quality, and explore some work for German majors with little professional relationship after graduation.
My two-week internship includes: doing some basic work for a company's product promotion program; Collect information for telecom enterprises to carry out "exhibition economy"; Practice basic new modern office technology.
My first concrete job is to contact some entertainment places by telephone to discuss whether we can cooperate with them and rent their venues for product promotion activities. Telephone office is one of the high-tech means of modern industry and commerce, which is of great help to improve work efficiency. Before I contacted my colleagues by phone, we decided on a very specific working method. However, the telephone is only a means, and its essence is communication between people. This is my weakness. Therefore, in the early stage, the lack of work experience and skills often leads to low success rate and high rework rate. The most difficult problem is the language barrier. Very few locals are not fluent in Mandarin, and my ability to express Shanghai dialect is limited, so sometimes neither side can understand it. Thanks to the timely assistance of colleagues in the unit, an agreement was successfully reached with the other party. The whole telephone contact work lasted for about a week. During this period, I learned some effective methods in my work: First, make an accurate work plan, quantify the purpose and means of work, and make accurate calculations to ensure that the organs do all the calculations well; Second, when there are problems in the work, communicate with people more, and save the scene in time when there are problems. The generation that grew up from the end of 1990s to the beginning of 20th century has a tendency of "cool" era, that is, they are used to acting alone, doing a good job when others know nothing, or paying more attention to man-machine dialogue than interpersonal communication. Character is fate. If you can't change your personality, at least improve your working methods.
On February 7th, I went out to work for the first time. My job is to take photos in some entertainment places in Shanghai and provide information needed for activities. After determining the route and informing the photography unit, I set off with my camera. Because I know Shanghai well, and the units taking photos are all in the bustling area of Shanghai, there is no problem in the whole work. However, I still have a little trouble. 1 I made a mistake in the address of a pub, and it was time-consuming and laborious to ask others nearby. Second, underestimated the urban traffic, traffic control and inadequate preparation during peak hours, leading to the extension of the event; Third, in the face of unexpected events, there is no solution. A cinema plans to take photos, but when it arrives at the cinema, the plan has changed and it is impossible to take photos. But on the whole, the field work was successful and achieved the expected purpose. The short-term field work inspired me: 1, get familiar with the office situation, prepare in advance, and use tools such as maps and GoogleEarth when necessary. 2, in the case of urban traffic congestion, it is necessary to advance the amount and save time. 3. In the face of unexpected events in the field, it is still necessary to communicate with colleagues more, and strive to solve the main problems efficiently and complete the main work.
An important task in the whole internship process is to inquire about the sponsorship of some industries to the "exhibition economy" through the network and provide effective information for customers. The specific method is to find relevant information, data and articles through Internet search engines such as Google and Baidu, and make a simple analysis. The biggest challenge of the whole job is to search for information. There are many complicated materials on the Internet, but there are few materials related to the topic, so it is difficult to find them. In this regard, my first working method is to download all the materials with keywords to the local area and print them out without sorting them out. This is not desirable. Later, by learning from my colleagues, I learned to search the required information by keywords, extract effective information according to the content, add key data and find some valuable information. After that, under the guidance of my colleagues, I quickly learned the process of copying, printing, faxing and binding.
In addition to the above processes, I also actively participated in some public welfare work of the unit.
Through a short internship, I first became familiar with the modern office with clear division of labor and high efficiency, participated in some specific work, learned some specific working methods, and became familiar with various office automation home appliance operations.
