Luoyang Zhongsi High-tech Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise established by four shareholders, including China Enfei Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Luoyang Silicon Industry Group Co., Ltd., Yanshi Jin Feng Investment Co., Ltd. and China Nonferrous Engineering Design and Research Institute (China Enfei Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. holds 75% of the shares). Founded in March 2003, the company is headquartered at No.6 Huaxia Road, Luoyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with two production bases (Luoyang New District and Yanshi) and a national key engineering laboratory. Mainly engaged in high-purity polysilicon, fumed silica, high-purity silicon tetrachloride, high-purity silicon compound products, anhydrous hydrogen chloride and other products, and provide silicon compound technical services. Zhongsi Hi-Tech is a polysilicon production enterprise with independent intellectual property rights. Its technology has two characteristics: comprehensive utilization of energy and closed circulation of materials, which is in line with the development direction of scale, low unit consumption, high quality and clean production. The quality of polysilicon produced by this process is stable and controllable, and products of different grades and shapes can be provided according to customer requirements. The first phase of the company's annual output of 300 tons of polysilicon project is a key construction project of semiconductor silicon industry during the tenth five-year plan period of the country, provinces and cities. Construction started on June 28th, 2003, and was completed and put into operation in June 5438+February, 2005.

Relying on the project with an annual output of 300 tons of polysilicon, the company began to build the second phase project with an annual output of 700 tons of polysilicon from June 5438 to February 65438 to August 2005. This project is a key construction project of the country and province during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. It was completed and put into operation in May 2007. At present, the annual output of 1 10,000 tons polysilicon production line of Yanshi subsidiary is running normally.

The third phase of the company's polysilicon project with an annual output of 2,000 tons started in Luolong District, Luoyang City in February 2006, and was completed and put into operation in 2008 10/65438+. China Silicon Corporation formed an annual output of 3,000 tons of polysilicon, which reached the output in 2009.

The fourth phase of the company's annual output of 2,000 tons of polysilicon was started on June 5438+February 65438+August 2007 on the basis of the third phase of Luolong District, Luoyang City, and was completed and put into operation in 20 10. At present, China Silicon Industry Company has formed an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of polysilicon, and the estimated output in 20 10 is 4,000 tons.

Zhongsi Hi-Tech is currently carrying out a 5,000-ton technical transformation and expansion project, and plans to put it into production at the end of 20 1 1, when the production capacity will reach 10000 tons.
