The company is jointly funded by Primearth EV Energy Co., Ltd., Hunan Yuan Keli New Energy Co., Ltd., Changshu Xinzhongyuan Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Toyota Trading Co., Ltd., with a total investment of163.2 billion yen. The new company will widely supply high-quality battery modules to customers such as automobile manufacturers and system suppliers, and make contributions to the popularization of environmentally-friendly cars and the cause of energy conservation and environmental protection in China.
