Even some department-level personnel have an annual salary of at least10,000, but the salary of employees is constantly decreasing. Wages have not risen for more than ten years, and the losses of enterprises are all borne by employees.
2. The "Secret Carmen" incident and its handling result: At the beginning of February this year, several employees of China Aluminum Lanzhou Branch found an unknown hidden account when opening a bank card in Shandan Street Savings Office of Xigu District Branch of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Lanzhou Branch. Inquiring about the transaction records, I found that the card has existed for more than one year, and there are monthly access records on it. The last deposit amount is 4300 yuan, which has not been taken away so far. When they decided to take the money away, they were opposed by the bank staff and the senior leaders of Chinalco Lanzhou Branch, and the specific reasons were not explained by these leaders. Since then, all industrial and commercial banks in Xigu District of Lanzhou City have refused to let Lanzhou Aluminum employees inquire about this unknown account. If they want to check their accounts, they must have a certificate from the human resources department of Lanzhou Aluminum Industry (employees of other units can check their accounts at will).
After the secret card incident, the company and ICBC deleted the file of the account opened under the employee's name without authorization, and the employee had no right to ask. Eight employees who were opened online banking were forced to cancel their secret card accounts under the temptation of the company and trade unions. In September this year, Chinalco rushed to Lan Aluminum Industry to "investigate" the matter after the intervention of the procuratorate, but the result was an understatement and no longer pursued.
Since September 22nd, the absurd news that "the money on the hidden card is distributed to employees every month, and the leaflets posted outside and the informants are all incited by individuals …" has been continuously broadcast on the platform of Lan Aluminum Factory, and the employees in the factory are extremely angry.
Third, the quality problem of the repeatedly expanded equipment is serious: every post in the repeatedly expanded factory has extremely serious problems! Billions of dollars have been invested to buy some equipment that is about to be scrapped, but the quoted price is several times higher than the actual price! The equipment in newly-built factories frequently breaks down. The equipment to be scrapped is invested by billions, and it has entered the overhaul stage before it is put into production, but the wholesale price of many equipment is several times higher than the market price.
Four. In the case of profits of more than one billion, employees' wages didn't rise at all, but the money on the payroll disappeared inexplicably, and a lot of money disappeared:
1, the company deducted 2 1 10,000 yuan from the salary balance of employees in the secondary factory, but Chinalco came to check and said that it was distributed to employees, and the employees did not see any money;
2. Last year, under the pretext of wishing a certain death in the line of duty, the carbon factory deducted all the bonuses of the employees of the whole factory from about 500,000 to 600,000 yuan per month, and only paid them to the family of the deceased140,000 yuan, with the remaining 400,000 yuan missing.
3. In February this year, it was found that the whereabouts of the funds on the "dark card" that existed for one year were unknown; After the Secret Carmen incident was exposed on the Internet, the company did not hesitate to spend at least 2 million yuan to hire someone to delete posts (a person who has been engaged in the post deletion business said that the fee for deleting posts is often only approximate, and the fee for each post ranges from 900 yuan to 3,000 yuan). Up to now, more than 3,000 posts published by Baidu Post Bar have been deleted. I wonder how the company's financial accounts are made.
4. I don't know where the annual salary of managers above the company level comes from, and the total monthly income of ordinary employees is more than 1000 yuan. Financial accounts are never made public, and no one knows the income of cadres!
5. Li Hongwei, the human resources department, explained at the meeting to mobilize eight employees who started online banking to cancel their hidden card accounts that "part of the salary balance of branch employees was used to buy equipment ..." Xiao, the deputy general manager, said at the meeting before the salary reduction that the main reason for the salary reduction was that "the factory bought a lot of raw materials ..." I wonder where the special fund for equipment sent by Chinalco to Lan Aluminum Industry went?
6. The money found on the hidden card that was not taken away in time was more than 4300 yuan. The company once admitted that every employee has a hidden card in his name as a "mortgage risk" employee. We can't help asking: Why don't we have the right to know about the bank card in our name? Where did the money on the hidden card go? But so far I haven't got a credible answer.
Bi Yuxi, former deputy general manager of Lanzhou Aluminum Company, has been mysteriously missing for many years, and his whereabouts are still unknown. As long as this person is involved, the case will be suspended and cannot continue.
In the first half of this year, the profits of Lanzhou Aluminum Company did not reward employees, but made excuses for the losses in the first half of this year. On the basis of employees' original meager income, Lanzhou Aluminum Company drastically reduced employees' wages twice in a row, cutting off employees' livelihood. Results 17 September, BG was electrolyzed for 22 hours in No.1 factory and 8 hours in No.2 factory. The company invited local workers to suppress, intimidate and threaten "whoever doesn't work will be taken away ...", forcing the workers to return to work. However, the employees of Lanzhou Aluminum Company are like eggs hitting stones in the face of powerful evil forces, and the monthly income of 1000 yuan is far from enough to maintain the basic life of a family. Corrupt people in Lanzhou continue to run rampant-we can't survive by deducting the hard-earned money of employees. Lanzhou aluminum workers living in dire straits urgently need the attention of all sectors of society and the help of the media and judicial departments.
