Generally speaking, an enterprise has only one headquarters, but there are two central enterprises in China with two chief engineers, namely China Baowu Iron and Steel Group and China Shipbuilding Industry Group.
On September 20 16, Baosteel Group and WISCO implemented joint reorganization. The newly established China Baowu Iron and Steel Group is an important state-owned backbone central enterprise supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Headquartered in Shanghai and Wuhan, it is the first 1 dual-headquarters central enterprise in China. China Baowu Iron and Steel Group is the largest and most modern iron and steel complex in China.
Among them, Wuhan headquarters is responsible for the steel production of Qingshan base, Egang base and Kungang base in Wuhan; Shanghai headquarters manages Baoshan Iron and Steel, Bayi Iron and Steel and Shaoguan Iron and Steel. In financial investment, information technology, real estate and other non-steel fields, the two headquarters will implement industrial synergy.
The "double headquarters" operation mode is the first case in which central enterprises equip the leaders of Baowu Group. From the point of view, Shanghai and Wuhan each account for a certain proportion. "From this perspective, it reflects the equality between the two sides in the reorganization of Baowu.
