What qualifications do listed companies need to invest in other companies?
According to Article 26 of the Guidelines on Relations between Listed Companies and Investors, the personnel engaged in investor relations in a company need to have the following qualities and skills: (1) Fully understand all aspects of the company; (2) Having a good knowledge structure and being familiar with corporate governance, financial accounting and other relevant laws and regulations and the operation mechanism of the securities market; (3) Good communication and coordination skills; (4) Good conduct, honesty and credibility.
