The newly declared three kindergartens (Pleasant Goat Bilingual Art Kindergarten, Qi Hui Kindergarten and Lele Kindergarten) have 47 classes (including small class 15, large class 12 and preschool class 5), and the number of children in school reaches 1237. Second, the existing problems
1, the conditions for running the park are simple. In the 18 kindergarten in this town, most of the houses used to run the park are rented civil suites and self-use suites, or public houses. Among them, there are 7 self-occupied kindergartens (Little Sun Kindergarten, Aibo Kindergarten, Blue Sky Kindergarten, Jinshan Golden Boy Bilingual Kindergarten, Chaojiashan Kindergarten, Yong 'an Kindergarten and Pleasant Goat Bilingual Art Kindergarten) and 8 rented kindergartens (Laowu Kindergarten, Xing Xing Chinese-English Kindergarten, Smurfs Kindergarten, Jianle Kindergarten, Budi Kindergarten, Golden Apple Kindergarten, Lele Kindergarten and Qi Hui Kindergarten). There are three kindergartens (Little Sun Kindergarten, Qi Hui Kindergarten, Smurfs Kindergarten) with slightly better kindergartens. Because most houses are converted from civil housing reform to kindergartens, there are problems such as poor lighting in classrooms, interference between classrooms, and narrow places for students' activities. There are few big toys for children in kindergartens, and most kindergartens only have three big ones (trampoline, slide and swing); Some kindergartens don't even have three big ones (Lele Kindergarten, Aibo Kindergarten, Yongan Kindergarten and Laowu Kindergarten). There are few extracurricular books, which can't meet the requirement of three. Most kindergartens have no special offices.
2. The layout is unreasonable. 18 kindergartens, 2 in Hengjing Village, 5 in Tuqiao Market, 2 in Jingkou, Xilin, Yong 'an, Chaojiashan, Jinshan, Liming and Xiangyuan 1 kindergarten. There are relatively many kindergartens in Jingkou, Tuqiao Market and Hengjing Village, especially in Tuqiao Market, with 5 kindergartens. Such a park density is rare in other parts of our county. This layout is not conducive to the development of kindergartens.
3. The teachers are weak and the treatment of teachers is low. Of the 73 people who work in kindergartens, only 1 has a kindergarten education, 3 have a teacher education and 3 have a teacher qualification certificate. Most of the other teachers are junior high school or high school graduates without special training. The distribution of teachers is unreasonable, and few people are engaged in teaching and care. Most school teachers are nurses. The salary is low, the teacher's salary is 500 to 800 yuan/month, and there is no pension and housing accumulation fund. Teachers are highly mobile. Generally, kindergartens are relatively young, with one post a year.
4. Low fees and serious vicious competition. According to the regulations of the social school management unit of the Education Bureau and the relevant documents of the Price Bureau, the kindergarten fees are not less than: 300 yuan for teaching, 260 yuan for students' meals and 160 yuan for vehicle transfer. In order to recruit more students and lower the charging standard, vicious competition is serious, which leads to many kindergartens with less returns, big complaints, difficulties in running kindergartens and less funds to improve the conditions for running kindergartens, which is extremely unfavorable to the healthy development of private kindergartens. Some kindergartens even make a fuss about students' meals for their own benefit, which is not conducive to the healthy growth of children. Affect the healthy growth of the next generation.
5. Low safety awareness and many hidden dangers of school buses. Some kindergartens don't have a high awareness of safety, and there is no special person to take care of their games and play in the activity places. The sterilization equipment is far away from the sterilization place and placed in your own room or even your own home. Once a fire breaks out, it is not conducive to putting out the fire. The school bus is seriously overloaded: 14 of the school buses, most of the traffic police teams carry 7 to 8 passengers. In order to maximize profits, most school buses overload children to go to school, with as many as 17 people per car. Through the inspection of government departments, this bad behavior will be further rectified to ensure the safety of children.
Third, coping strategies.
1. Carry out actions to rectify and clean up private kindergartens, raise the application threshold of private kindergartens, and improve the hardware construction of private kindergartens. Let those who run the park with the idea of "go in and grab it and leave" stay away from private kindergartens. Let those who are really committed to private education stay.
2. Formulate the kindergarten layout plan. According to the population, transportation and other conditions, plan the layout of private kindergartens, so as to achieve one village and one park, meet the people's demand for early childhood education, and facilitate kindergartens to go to the park. Avoid vicious competition.
3. Vigorously carry out preschool teacher training. In view of the current situation of weak kindergarten teachers, we organized training for people engaged in private education in the county to improve the quality of employees.
4, the county unified private kindergarten fees, standardize kindergarten fees. According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Price Bureau, combined with the actual situation of our county, the unified charging standards in urban and rural areas can avoid vicious competition, which can not only ensure the profits of park operators, but also help them expand reproduction and promote the development of kindergartens.
5. Strengthen safety education and training, intensify the rectification of school bus overload, and avoid safety accidents. In particular, the traffic police department is required to intensify the rectification of school buses to prevent school buses from being overloaded.
