China Tower Co., Ltd., abbreviated as China Tower, is a large state-owned communication tower infrastructure service enterprise funded by China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., China United Network Communications Co., Ltd., China Telecom Co., Ltd. and China Guo Xin Holdings Co., Ltd. under the background of implementing the strategy of "strengthening the country by network", deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoting the sharing of telecom infrastructure resources.

Development history
In July 2005, the then Ministry of Information Industry of China issued a notice, requiring relevant enterprises to realize the use of telecommunication facilities such as telecommunication pipes, poles and towers on the principle of effective utilization, resource conservation, technical feasibility and reasonable burden. Telecom operators that have built telecom facilities such as telecom pipelines, poles and towers should open their idle resources to other telecom operators in need by leasing, selling or exchanging resources.
On March 22nd, 2023, China Electric Power Branch and China Tower signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out all-round and multi-level cooperation in the fields of industry digitalization and resource opening; In July, 2023, China Tower announced that the number of power exchange users exceeded 1 10,000, making it the largest power exchange operator for light electric vehicles in China.
