How to treat Binyang fever?

Binyang is a subsidiary of Hua Bin, and I work in another factory in Hua Bin. The treatment is basically the same. The salary of ordinary employees who just entered the factory is 2300-2500 per month, plus all other income is about 32000-35000 per year. Only old employees have shares, with an average annual income of 70,000-80,000. They are all listed, and the middle level is basically over 10 million.
