What is seed management decision?

Strictly speaking, seed management includes all seed-related activities such as seed selection, trading and transfer, seed production, cleaning, processing, grading, packaging and sales. However, the "Seed Law" provides for variety selection and seed production respectively, and the provisions on seed management generally do not include the contents of variety selection and seed production. Therefore, seed management refers to the whole process that the produced seeds finally reach users and farmers through various channels, including all aspects of sales, pre-sales and after-sales service.
