Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua is not a state-owned enterprise. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengzhi Co., Ltd., a high-tech listed company controlled by Tsinghua University. Chengzhi Yonghua is one of the three largest suppliers of liquid crystal materials in the world, and has a wide range of business in many industries and fields such as liquid crystal materials, medical care, life science and technology, and clean energy. Although it is a subsidiary of Tsinghua University Holdings, it does not belong to the category of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua is not a state-owned enterprise.
