Recommend foreign beef cattle breeds such as Simmental, Angus, Charolais, Limousin and Piedmont, as well as local excellent yellow cattle Luxi and Nanyang. (3) Northeast China includes Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces and eastern Inner Mongolia. It is suggested that Simmental cattle, Angus cattle, Charolais cattle, Limousin cattle and black-haired cattle should be used for cross improvement. At the same time, Qinchuan cattle, Luxi cattle, Nanyang cattle, Jinnan cattle, Yanbian cattle and other domestic breeds are also recommended, because they have good reproductive performance, strong cold tolerance and roughage tolerance. (4) The western region includes Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, western Inner Mongolia and northwest Sichuan. Angus cattle, Simmental cattle, Limousin cattle and Charolais cattle are recommended to be used in northwest and Inner Mongolia, and Qinchuan cattle is suitable for popularization. There are many varieties and quantities of cattle consumption in northwest Sichuan, which has formed an advantageous industry. Datong cattle consumption and other cattle consumption varieties should be popularized.
