Zhengdao Group is one of the earliest companies in China to develop graphene.
The mass production technology of graphene is a hot topic in the world today. However, at present, most domestic companies and research institutions use redox method to manufacture graphene, which requires a lot of concentrated sulfuric acid, causing serious environmental pollution. In cooperation with UCLA, Zhengdao Group creatively developed a completely pollution-free and low-cost batch preparation technology on the basis of fully studying and comparing other preparation methods.
Zhengdao Group cooperated with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to establish UCLA- Zhengdao Graphene Research Center, and established Lianyungang Zhengdao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. graphene R&D and mass production base in Lianyungang, exclusively adopting the world's first truly environmentally friendly low-cost, single-layer graphene mass production process and technology. The whole production process does not need concentrated sulfuric acid, which is really clean, environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The quality of graphene products has been tested by an authoritative third party and reached the world leading level.
