Xianhe Co., Ltd. was transformed into a joint stock limited company according to the audited book net asset value. The promoters of the company are Li Yuguo, Beijing Ke Qiao, Hongta Venture Capital, Xiao Shuilong, Xingye Venture Capital, Zheng Tong Venture Capital and the remaining 40 natural person shareholders.
