Research work of Wuhan Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute

Since its establishment more than 40 years ago, it has successively completed more than 200 new building materials design and research projects such as fiber cement products, gypsum fiber products, concrete products, calcium silicate products, aerated products, autoclaved fly ash bricks, sintered bricks and friction materials. More than 0/00 cement projects, including 1000t/d external decomposition kiln, 300t ~ 600t/d vertical tube and cyclone preheater kiln, wet rotary kiln and mechanical vertical kiln production line; /kloc-more than 0/00 civil construction projects; More than ten projects supervision; More than 1000 sets of special equipment have been designed and manufactured. Obtained more than 20 provincial and ministerial excellent engineering designs.

At present, the largest aerated concrete plants in China are all designed and completed by the Institute, such as Nanjing Xu Jian Company, Shanghai Yitong Company, Guangzhou Zhujiang Company and Wuhan Silicate Products Factory, which are joint ventures between China and Japan.

Since 2002, the high-strength fly ash steam curing brick project has undertaken five projects in Shandong Province, and achieved good results in traditional fields such as fiber reinforced calcium silicate board and cable pipe.

In recent years, the institute has been active in the field of new building materials engineering. Especially in the comprehensive utilization of new wall materials and fly ash, according to the trend of national wall material reform and national sustainable development policy, we have devoted ourselves to the development of production technology and equipment for aerated concrete products, steam-cured high-strength bricks, fiber-reinforced calcium silicate boards and other products, and achieved good results.

For example, the institute only set foot in the aerated concrete industry from 65438 to 0993, but aiming at the advanced level at home and abroad, in just a few years, it undertook the design of aerated concrete plants with an annual output of 500,000 ~ 200,000 cubic meters, from fly ash blocks to floors, internal and external wallboard and other products.
