Recently, CITIC Trust officially issued the "CITIC Maoyong Investment Lease Creditor Trust Beneficial Right Asset Support Special Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Maoyong ABS"). This is the first enterprise asset securitization business directly based on commercial property rent claims in China.
