1989 and199/kloc-0 merged Xiaoshan Yan Wen electroplating hardware factory and Hangzhou Yan Wen textile machinery factory respectively. 1991April, Zhejiang Wanda group company with Xiaoshan hardware tool factory as the main body was established. 1992 and 1993 two village-run enterprises-Yan Wen Wu Shan carton factory and Yan Wen Chen Dongshan foundry were merged successively. 1994, Xiaoshan Automobile Steering Machinery Factory, a subsidiary of the enterprise, established Zhejiang Wanda Steering Machinery Co., Ltd. by raising enterprise funds. 1996, in order to develop the automobile industry, the enterprise established Hangzhou Wuling Automobile Factory in Xiaoshan to develop and produce "Wuling Automobile". 1997, Zhejiang Wanda Steering Gear Co., Ltd. established Zhejiang Xiaoshan Shakino Steering Gear Co., Ltd. (later renamed Zhejiang Wanda Automobile Steering Gear Co., Ltd.) in order to introduce foreign capital, foreign advanced technology and management experience, and established a joint venture with American GM Shakino China Company. The "Wanda" brand color pliers produced by the enterprise are excellent products, with an annual output of180,000. Our products have passed ISO9000 quality system certification and German GS certification, and have been exported to more than 80 countries and regions on five continents, becoming the "four firsts" in terms of scale, quality, efficiency and foreign exchange earning, winning the gold medal in the second China Hardware Expo and having the reputation of "king of oriental pliers". Wanda brand trademark was rated as a famous trademark in Zhejiang Province. The annual output of "Cycle" brand automobile steering gear is 250,000 units, and the products have passed the quality system certification of QS9000, VDA6. 1, and are supported by major domestic automobile manufacturers such as FAW, Second Automobile, Jiangling, Beiqi Jeep and SAIC Wuling. In 2000, Hangzhou Xanadu Tourism Co., Ltd. was established to develop and construct the tourism project of Xanadu Style Garden, which is the main supporting project of the 2006 World Leisure Expo. Sofitel Xanadu Resort Hotel officially opened on March 8, 2006. It is the only five-star resort hotel in our province managed by Accor Group. With the development of the enterprise, the enterprise has also won a series of higher honors.
